Our wonderful staff team are our most valuable resource and as role models for our children, we want to make sure that they feel empowered, inspired and have a desire to invest in themselves.
We have many highly qualified members of staff which is something that we truly cherish, but for us it’s just as much about the person behind the qualification.
In order for learning to happen in a way that is unique to us, it is important that all of our staff embrace the ‘Ashton House way’.
